Kraft has switched from the 10-gram protein bars to a new 8-gram protein bar (same total calories are listed, however). What's pictured here as of today (31 March 2010) is the old version, which is VERY hard to find anywhere. I've tried the new ones and to me they taste the same, but I miss the extra protein. This error isn't Amazon's fault, as Kraft kept the old UPC code and used it for the new product (which I don't think is allowed). This is mostly a head's up to Amazon to update the product picture, and caveat emptor, in case you think you've found a stash of the great 10-gram protein bars--you haven't.

I've been on a low carb diet for almost a year,,,these cereal bars are a great breakfast and also a great snack while out and about on a busy day, or when with someone I know will be grabbing a sandwhich at a drive thru,,,,,I just pull out my South Beach Cereal or Meal bars and am completely satisfied..

These snack bars are excellent for between meals on this diet. And they taste good.

I keep these around to snack on, instead of cookies or other sweet snacks. They keep well and taste good. The chocolate bar is easy to crumble, so I often have it with vanilla yogurt. These items are on Subscribe and Save, so I don't have to worry about re-ordering them.
