I love these bars so much that I had to write my first review after years of shopping with Amazon. The Marathon multi-grain crunch bars are a great tasting alternative to other snack bars. I have eaten many types of protein bars over the years, and this is clearly the best! All of my friends enjoy the taste, and the fact that it is a good source of fiber and a low GI food is an added benefit. Go get 'em!!

I was recently given a few of these bars by my sister along with some other Healthy food and I couldn't believe how good they are. I needed to eat High protein , high fiber foods while I am recovering from a surgery I had. I purchased a box of 12 and eat them as snacks or sometimes a light lunch. I Do Not like health foods but these taste Great and they are 220 calories and provide 10 grams of fiber. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

I love these Marathon Energy Bars! I used to be able to get them locally, but they became increasingly difficult to find, so I was quite pleased when I found them on Amazon.com.

I love these bars. I first started eating them when I was training for a race. I would eat one before my long runs on Saturday. Just one bar gives me the right amount of energy to complete the run. And at just a little over 200 calories, I don't feel like my run was "for nothing". I've also had the pleasure of eating one of these during my marathon. One bar certainly won't get you through an entire marathon, so definitely bring one or two with you during your race.
On race day, I eat the same pre-race meal/breakfast:
1 Marathon Bar
1 Banana
1 Large Glass of Water
= 1 Awesome Race

They're a bit pricey. I can only find them online and it seems the price keeps going up.

This cruncy, multi-grain bar is absolutely tempting and gratifying. Definitely a guilty pleasure. I carry them in my purse frequently, I eat them after I run, and they're perfect in satisfying my desert fix. I have to mention that I've had different kinds of Snickers Marathon Energy Bars, and these are by far, the best of the line. So, I definitely recommend them, and considering that they are a bit pricey being sold individually in gas stations, etc - this price is worth it.
