The "Potato Chip" of CandyNov 18, 2008
Have you ever had a bag of chips in your hand only to realize that, after 20 minutes, you had consumed the entire bag?! Well, these candies are sort of like that. They are pretty, yes. They are classy, yes. Are they expensive??? Yes. The best deal I have found, at Bed, Bath and Beyond, is 64 pieces for $7.99. That comes to about 12 cents per candy. Once I have eaten one of these things, I just want to go after the entire container, but I am eventually overcome by guilt (not sharing), and stop. I love these things and wish I could find a wholesaler who could sell them for less money. In any case, their simple nature and simple, yet classy packaging, make them a great package decoration or fun snack during the holidays. Some people have said they are great for stirring your hot drink. Balderdash! Why on Earth would you want to melt-off all that great semi-sweet chocolate only to be left with a vertical "star-lite mint?" This candy is best munched solo...usually done in less than 10 seconds. Good thing they are only 12 calories each.

Unbelievably delicious little candy. Festive and fun, it's a perfect holiday snack! Only 15 calories per stick. Super decadent! prepare to be impressed!
