This is the best chocolate peanut butter candy, that I have ever had. Wish they sold it locally, I would probably buy out the stores.I was very happy to learn that I could get it from Amazon.com. The only other place I could get it was North Carolina, and that is too far from New Jersey.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter? Seems Like Heaven Tonight But It's More Like Being In Hell...Dec 18, 2009

I absolutely love Goo Goo Clusters candy bars, I first picked up these delectable pieces of culinary Americana at my local Dollar Tree store ( I bought a 4 package box for 1 dollar, what a bargain ) and it was a box of the Good Clusters Supreme ( a far more superior product in my opinion ) and I absolutely loved them, so I went back every day and over time I was able to sample the other two flavors of Goo Goo Clusters and I must say in order of what I think of them, the best are the Supremes, the second is the Original, and these are, well... dead last, and I'll explain why.
First off, let me start by telling you that the chocolate in the Goo Goo Clusters is rich, filling, and delectable, much better than a mass-produced Hershey's bar or anything Hershey's, Mar's or Nestle produces for that matter cos Goo Goo Clusters are made by a little company in Tennesee and indeed are a REGIONAL treat, much like microbrewed beer or chips are regional treats in some parts of the United States so you can't even buy them in my local stores here in the Bay Area, California. I actually ordered 3 boxes of 24, 1 of each flavor but I had forgotten that I didn't like the Peanut Butter Clusters, cos in one word, they are too... SALTY!!! Now, I know Peanut Butter is salty by nature but I would have much rather enjoyed that they focused more on the sweet aspect of treat but when you put the two together it just doesn't mix, the chocolate is rich, moist, milky and cream, and the peanut butter is sweet at first but then the salty tang of it hits you and... BOOM! You're done for, the treat just became sour and you really wish you had only bought the Goo Goo Cluster Supremes. In short, avoid this product but go for the Goo Goo Cluster Supremes and the Originals if you want to try them out, but once you have the Supremes you'll never go back. They cost the same as the Originals and the Peanut Butter version so enjoy Good Cluster Supremes but stay away from this less than stellar product.
