Ga-Ga for Goo Goo Clusters!May 27, 2008

Thanks to the Internet (and being a grown-up with a credit card) I no longer have to wait as in childhood for my neighbors to return from a summer in Alabama with a box of these coveted confections! Absolutely every bit as delicious as I remember! I bought these for a book discussion of Adrianna Trigiani's Big Stone Gap (set in Virginia) wherein the candies are mentioned. The discussion was cancelled, so all the more Goo Goo Clusters to enjoy! A treat no matter what the occasion! Send them to someone who makes you Ga-Ga!

I bought these as a gift and was so happy with how my order was handled and shipped to the recipient. She was delighted with them and I was very pleased at the speed of the processing. I especially appreciated the pricing. Go, go GooGoo!

I am a lover of chocolate, no doubt. For the past 30 years or so, I've enjoyed countless types of candies, generally chocolate. This product was given to me by a co-worker one day. After eating just one, I decided to buy my own. So I bought 48 of them! Ok, that was too many. But still, they are amazing! This is literally the best chocolate item I have ever had in my life! You won't regret it. (I had some european friends visiting me recently, and they brought chocolate as a gift. So I gave them one of these Goo-Goos in return. What happened the next morning? They asked me for more Goo-Goos! ha, ha.)

Found these in WalMart one day and had not seen them since I was a kid. Bought a box and had to have more but could not find them in a store. Ordered from the factory through Amazon and they are really good. I would highly recommend them.

The peanuts were a bit rancid in the first box that I received of the GooGoo bars. However, one email & resulting telephone call from the company resolved that issue. They sent a new box of bars, which are excellent.
