Good Gumball MachineJan 25, 2010 It's a good sturdy gumball machine overall.
It takes any coins from pennies to quarters, but yielding same number of gumballs. Even after I made an adjustment of the hole to biggest as instructed in the manual, it gives 1 to 3 gumballs inconsistantly. (I put M&Ms with peanut that are same size as gumballs). You can make this machine coin-operated or coinless.
It's good for a family with kids.

Best after you rip it apartMar 02, 2008 I got this thing (is it painted with lead paint? don't know), and the only way I could get the gum to come out was to take it completely apart and take out the entire coin-mechanism. Works well now. In fairness, I cannot say I have noted evidence for lead poisoning.
